		<description>I&#039;ve lived in Puerto Rico for 3 years and used cabs a fair bit outside of the metro area.  I have never yet seen a metered cab - at least not one of the &quot;taxi touristicos&quot;.  Before getting in the cab you tell the driver where you&#039;re going and they will tell you the cost for the trip (unless you&#039;re at the airport/cruise dock, then the dispatcher tells you the cost).</description>
