Fireworks over the San Juan Convention CenterHere in Puerto Rico we love to celebrate all of the holidays with fireworks. And New Year’s Eve is no exception.

You can celebrate the end of 2007 at the Puerto Rico Convention Center in San Juan, courtesy of the Puerto Rico Tourism Company.

On Monday, December 31, beginning at 7:00pm there will be live music, stuff for the kids to do, and of course typical Puerto Rican food. And at midnight, there will be a fireworks display.

Throughout the evening, there will be live musical performances by El Gran Combo, Limite 21, Plena Libre, Alexis & Fido con Divino, and Victoria Sanabria. From 7:00pm – 10:00pm, there will be activities for the kids including parachute, gigantic globe, rhythm & movement, and drawing.

Entrance is free. You pay for whatever you want to eat and drink.
