They are right in the cruise ship pier terminals. Regular tourists visiting PR must get liquor at regular stores (not Duty free places). I believe that they do have some wine, but not too sure about the breadth of the selection. You may have a better selection at one of the local supermarkets like Pueblo outside of the SJU airport in Isla Verde or SuperMax at Plaza del Armas in Old San Juan.
