Dave and his assistant were great. For me it was "rebirth" back to scuba diving as well since I had not been divng in many years. Since then I have dived almost every year, at home in NY and on vacation and have my Advanced and Rescue certification. All due to the great experience provided by Nan Sea Charters and the aquatic life off Vieques. I had used Nan sea charters in 2006 for a dive trip in Vieques as well.
