Facilities include theaters, amphitheaters, stadiums, conference and activity centers, and any other place where events are held. Cruise Ship Passengers (updated 08 Mar 2022)
🚢 All cruise ship passengers and crew who wish to disembark in Puerto Rico must be fully vaccinated, OR must have a negative molecular or antigen COVID test performed within 48 hours before disembarking in PR. All passengers and crew who test positive, or have been in close contact to someone who has tested positive, will not be permitted to disembark in Puerto Rico, regarless of vaccination status.
Air Travelers Arriving in Puerto Rico (updated 08 Mar 2022)
📄 The requirement to complete the travel declaration has been eliminated for ALL travelers arriving in Puerto Rico
✈️ DOMESTIC TRAVELERS (effective 10 Mar 2022, per EO-2022-019)
• The requirement to present a vaccination card or negative test results has been eliminated for DOMESTIC travelers
✈️ INTERNATIONAL TRAVELERS (effective 06 Dec 2021, per CDC)
• All INTERNATIONAL air passengers, regardless of vaccination status, must show (before boarding flight to the US) a negative COVID-19 test taken no more than 1 day before travel to the US. This applies to all travelers, 2 years old and up, flying from INTERNATIONAL (outside of the US) destinations. Flights between Puerto Rico and the States are domestic flights, so this does not apply to travelers arriving in Puerto Rico from the States.

Discovery Scuba Diving Puerto Rico

This is the perfect Puerto Rico scuba diving adventure for non-certified divers. The participant will first have some instruction in the basics of scuba diving at our classroom. You’ll learn scuba theory, equipment and philosophy in a short land lesson. You will also learn some of the basics of scuba diving such as buoyancy control, mask clearing and regulator retrieval. Bio Bay Parguera & Sunset Snorkel

This snorkeling tour in La Parguera gets you the best of both worlds. You’ll first head out to snorkel some of the best shallow reefs in Parguera. After snorkeling, you'll take a brief boat ride, and enjoy some delicious homemade chicken “empanadas” for your group, along with cold beverages including local beer and soda. After this, you’ll head out for the second part of your tour: a trip to the famous bioluminescent bay in South Puerto Rico. The phosphorescent Bay swim will surely be a fantastic experience for your group. You’ll be able to swim in the waters of the bay for about 30 - 45 minutes and see the luminescence all around.

Bio Bay Tour

This trip will give you the once in a lifetime opportunity to experience one of Puerto Rico’s three bioluminescent bays. The bay at La Parguera is the only bio-lagoon that allows swimming and snorkeling, so that you can actually put on a mask and swim as the dinoflagellates light up around you. Your trip starts at the shop with a light dinner of fresh empanadillas and soda or beer, with an introduction to the natural phenomenon around the bioluminescent bay. You’ll then head out on one of our comfortable dive boats for a 20-minute trip through the mangrove canals to the actual bay. At the bay you’ll be able to snorkel and swim for about 30 - 45 minutes before you head back to shore.

Reef Dive La Parguera

For beginner divers who are just getting their fins wet, we offer an off-shore reef dive which has a maximum depth of 50 feet for added safety.
