The Luminous One is a boat ride to the original bioluminescent bay in La Parguera, where guests are able to swim in the bioluminescence. The total tour time is about an hour. Guests are allowed to swim for 20 minutes to preserve the organism and habitat. La Parguera is a quaint fisherman's village with restaurants, bars, and souvenir shops. We recommend getting to the village early to find parking, relax, and enjoy La Parguera before the trip!

When we reach our destination, we will have time to see the show that de dinoflagellates gave to us. The Bio Bay have a permanent population os this tiny microorganism. This live animals produce chemical light for defense. This trip is exclusive for intermediate/advance kayaker, participant or participants who are comfortable in and on the waters. Not for beginners.
